Harrison Community Park Master plan created by SAS+Associates identified the community’s needs and addressed those needs through a multi-phased Master Plan. The design for the small, neighborhood park needed to incorporate the current needs of the community as well as plan for future improvements. In 2003 SAS+Associates was hired to complete the construction documents for Phase I, in 2005 to complete Phase II and again in 2009 to complete Phase III.
